Jodi Spethman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jodi currently holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Nelnet Business Services, a role they started in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Nelnet as the Director of Marketing from January 2018 to December 2021 and as a Marketing Manager from August 2016 to January 2018.

Jodi started their career at Nelnet as a Regional Account Manager for the West from October 2002 to December 2005.

Jodi Spethman's education history includes attending Kellogg Executive Education in 2020, where they pursued a program in Artificial Intelligence. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they attended Virginia Tech and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Psychology.
In addition to their formal education, Jodi has obtained certifications in Personal Financial Management through Inceptia in October 2012, and an Internet Marketing Master Certification from the University of San Francisco in 2011.
