Thomas Bordere

Thomas Bordere holds extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice-President, People Partner II for both Mercer US and Mercer Canada at Marsh McLennan since September 2021. Previous roles include Compensation Partner, Team Lead and HR Business Partner, Team Lead at GEOTAB, as well as various HR positions at Acosta Canada, Deloitte Canada, Sears Canada, and Just-Eat Canada. Thomas Bordere's academic background includes a Master of Laws in Employment and Labour Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master’s in Human Resources Management from York University, and several post-graduate credentials in HR and accounting. An Honors Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology was obtained from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
