Louise Winch

Louise Winch is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as Principal Consultant and Principal Highways Engineer/Consultant at Project Centre Ltd since May 2023. With a background in multi-disciplinary design, engineering, and landscape architecture, Louise contributes to creating attractive, innovative, sustainable, and safe environments. Prior to this role, Louise held the position of Design & Delivery Principal Engineer and Schemes Project Manager at Kent County Council from December 2018 to May 2023. Additionally, Louise worked as a Highways Engineer at Medway Council for over two decades, from January 2002 to May 2022.
