Francesca Hughes

Francesca Hughes has an extensive work experience in the field of taxation. Francesca started their career at Arthur Andersen in 1995 as an Indirect Tax Manager and worked there until 2002. From 2002 to 2007, Francesca owned and operated H&H VAT Consultancy Services Ltd. In 2007, they joined Marston's PLC as a VAT Manager and held this position until 2015. At Marston's PLC, they were later promoted to the role of Group Indirect Tax Manager, where they were responsible for managing VAT, excise duty, and compliance with tax regulations. In 2020, they became the Head of Group Tax, and in 2022, they assumed the position of Director of Financial Reporting & Tax at Marston's PLC.
