Leonardo Freire de Andrade

Leonardo Freire de Andrade has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. In 2023, they became the CTO and Tech Lead of Yolo Coliving, a digital platform for managing housing (Proptech). Leonardo was responsible for a sustainable and innovative project with social and well-being values located in the heart of Recife's digital port, the largest technology ecosystem in Brazil and one of the largest in the world. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at MARTA Inteligencia Imobiliaria as the Founder (CPO) and Senior Product Manager. Leonardo was responsible for developing various software, SaaS, CRM, and strategic dashboards. Leonardo also participated in the design of the company's products, conducted market research, product discovery, and mapped pains and opportunities. In 2022, they became a Senior Product Manager at OLX Brasil, where they assembled the Key Accounts team of the Professional Automobiles Tribe. From 1999 to 2004, they were the Co-Founder, Software Developer, Software Project Manager, and CTO of Mix Tecnologia. Leonardo created the SMART Imobiliário system (CRM for real estate companies) and the ADM system (for managing leases), which were leaders in several states in the Northeast of Brazil.

Leonardo Freire de Andrade received their Master's in Software Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco between 2003 and 2005. Leonardo also obtained a Graduação em Ciência da Computação from the same university between 1995 and 2000. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Cursos PM3, Startup Farm, and Google. These certifications include a Curso de Product Management obtained in September 2022, Aceleração de Startups obtained in 2016, and a Google AdWords Certification obtained in 2015.
