Artur Borges is currently an Assistente de TI at Marte Engenharia, where responsibilities include the implementation of GLPI, administration of Defender 365 and Active Directory, CVE control, and maintenance of notebooks and desktops, as well as handling internal support tickets. Prior experience includes a role as a TI Intern at ARES, focusing on desktop and notebook maintenance, Android device configuration, and asset control, and as a Técnico de suporte em TI at Bravo Studios, managing structured cabling, computer maintenance, and remote support. Artur began a career in an administrative role at Rio Ônibus, where duties involved managing fuel expenses and creating spreadsheets. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Estácio after completing technical education in Informática at Senac RJ.
