Lucy Adams

Lucy Adams is currently the COO & Co-founder at martee ai, an Entrepreneur in Residence at Founders Factory and Nesta, and was previously a Founder in Residence at ZINC. Prior to these roles, Lucy worked at Shareback as the Founding Commercial Strategy & Operations and at Weezy as a Commercial Associate. Lucy also served as an Interim Chief of Staff & Strategy Advisor at Bocobay, engaged in Public policy research at ICF, and was the Director Of Operations at Oxford Strategy Group. Lucy holds a degree in Human Sciences from the University of Oxford and achieved outstanding results in their A-levels at Sponne School.
