Warren Smithies

Warren Smithies has held several positions throughout their work experience. Warren started their career in 2011 as a Portfolio Manager at Martello Group, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at Martello Group. In 2017 and 2018, they were promoted to Senior Vice President at the same company. In August 2018, they became the CEO of Martello Group.

In 2013, Warren joined BOMA BC as a Director and held this position until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Treasurer of the organization. Starting in 2020 until 2022, they were elected as Vice Chair.

Additionally, Warren founded the Real Estate Owners and Managers Insurance Group in 2018 and has been functioning as the Founder & CEO since then.

Warren Smithies completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) in 2011. During the same period, they also pursued a degree in Urban Land Economics with a specialization in Real Estate Development from The University of British Columbia.
