Elizabeth (Beth) Herman, ICF ACC, has over 30 years of experience in fundraising and management consulting. Elizabeth (Beth) has worked as the President of EBH Consulting LLC, where they provide fundraising assessments, strategic plan facilitation, executive coaching, and staff and board retreats. Beth also operates EBH Equus Coaching(TM), where they support high achievers in various fields to lead themselves and others with peaceful power. Elizabeth (Beth) has served as the Vice President for College Advancement at both Washington College and Franklin & Marshall College, leading development and alumni relations staff to secure significant gift income. Additionally, Beth has held positions at the University of Puget Sound, University of Washington, University of Redlands, and Charles Wright Academy, where they have demonstrated a track record of increasing fundraising efforts and successfully managing campaigns. Elizabeth (Beth) is also a Certified Master Facilitator for Equus Coaching, utilizing horses as a tool to help individuals shift their patterns of thought and action.
Elizabeth (Beth) Herman, ICF ACC completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Journalism at the University of Washington from 1979 to 1984. Elizabeth (Beth) then pursued various certifications and training programs related to coaching. In 2011, they became a Certified Coach from Martha Beck, Inc. In the same year, they also started their training at the Koelle Institute for Equus Coaching, where they became a Certified Master Facilitator in 2017. Elizabeth (Beth) furthered their expertise by becoming a Certified facilitator in The Leadership Circle 360 profile in 2013. In 2018, they obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coach Federation. Currently, they are pursuing the title of Master Facilitator-in-training at the Koelle Institute for Equus Coaching.
