Kylea Asher-Smith

Kylea Asher-Smith, PhD, is an accomplished educator and master certified life coach with nearly two decades of experience in teaching, leadership, and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as an Instructor and Master Coach at Martha Beck, Inc., Kylea supports and teaches Wayfinder Life Coach Trainees globally. In addition, Kylea operates Kylea Asher, LLC, offering engaging workshops on personal growth and alternative coaching methods. Previous roles include leadership positions at A Children's Habitat Montessori and UpToParents, where Kylea significantly increased student enrollment and awareness of resources for families in crisis. Academic credentials include a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Indiana University Bloomington, an MA in Education from Antioch University, and a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Emory University.
