Liz Keifer

Liz Keifer is a self-belief coach and certified life coach with extensive experience in personal development and transformation. Currently running Liz Keifer Coaching since July 2021, Liz helps individuals heal self-doubt and achieve clarity and self-worth. Prior to this, Liz has worked with Martha Beck, Inc. since January 2013, guiding people to understand their worth and expand self-trust in relationships. From May 2013 to May 2020, Liz owned and operated Lizkeifer.com, where life coaching and the podcast "Let's All Feel Better" were featured. Liz also enjoyed a successful acting career at CBS from June 1992 to September 2008, most notably as the lead actress in "Guiding Light." Education includes attendance at the Academy of Stage and Cinema Arts and UCLA.
