Tricia Dietrich Amara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sacred plant medicine, coaching, and nutrition. Since April 2015, Tricia has served as a Sacred Plant Medicine Guide and Integration & Leadership Mentor at Tricia Amara Sacred Plant Medicine, focusing on self-love and transformation. As a Teacher & Visionary Guide at the Institute of Higher Knowing since January 2011, Tricia emphasizes the importance of recognizing unique gifts. Tricia is also an accomplished author, known for the book "Rooted in Purpose," which inspires women to discover their purpose. Additionally, Tricia leads women’s support groups through Sher Success Teams and has a coaching practice with expertise in empowering women. With a clinical background as a Registered Herbalist and Certified Clinical Nutritionist, Tricia has over 30 years of experience in herbalism and nutrition, underscoring the healing potential of plant medicines. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Oregon State University.
