Doug Ulkins

Doug Ulkins has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as a Trainer at Source4Teachers since July 2015, where responsibilities include training guest teachers and paraprofessionals. Doug has also held the position of Senior Education Consultant at Hunt Engineers, Architects & Land Surveyors since August 2012 and serves as the PIL Regional Site Coordinator for the Pennsylvania Department of Education in the same timeframe. Additionally, Doug consults for Cenergistic, providing expertise in energy conservation to help schools reduce utility costs. Previous roles include Superintendent for Athens Area School District from August 1999 to July 2012 and Principal at Troy Area Schools from July 1990 to July 1999.
