Home Care Services Since 1997, Families have chosen Martha's Hands to care for their loved ones based on our "Compassion & Excellence" in Home Care Services. Compassion relates to our mission-based approach to care as highlighted by our mission of "Love through Service." Excellence relates to our unique Nurse Care Management model - providing Nursing oversight to all of our Clients and support to our Caregivers. Our goal is to help our clients live in their homes and fully enjoy their lives. The variety of services we offer in their homes include: Home Care Nurse Care Management Wellness Coaching Mobile Dentistry Transportation Home/Medical Supplies We continue to evolve to find unique ways to serve our clients.
