Paul Morrison

Director Of Security at Martha's Vineyard Hospital

Paul Morrison has extensive work experience in security and leadership roles. Paul currently serves as the Director of Security at Martha's Vineyard Hospital, where they provide oversight and leadership for the hospital's security program. Paul collaborates with the hospital leadership team to develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures. Prior to this role, they were the Security & Support Services Manager at the hospital.

Before joining Martha's Vineyard Hospital, Paul was the Stewardship Manager of Martha's Vineyard at The Trustees of Reservations. In this role, they managed various properties and conducted day-to-day operations.

Paul also has experience in campus safety and coaching. Paul served as the Director of Campus Safety/Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach at Worcester Academy, where they managed campus safety operations and supervised security staff. Paul was also responsible for overseeing parking management and shuttle operations.

Prior to their tenure at Worcester Academy, Paul was a Girls' Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Concord-Carlisle Regional High School. Paul started their career in the Town of Concord, where they worked as a Police Detective/Police Prosecutor for 26 years. During their time in law enforcement, they received recognition for their courage and service and implemented processes for compliance with the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board.

Paul Morrison earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1982 to 1986. Paul then pursued a Master's Degree in the same field at Boston University from 1995 to 1997.
