Tom Fahres, PMP

Tom Fahres, PMP has over 25 years of experience in the technology and business consulting industry. Tom began their career in 1993 as an Instructor/Organizer at Club Med. In 1995, they worked as a Marketing Analyst at InterSight. Tom then worked as an Information Systems Consultant at Educational Discoveries, Inc. from 1997 to 1997. From 1997 to 2006, Tom worked at Direct Hit Marketing, Inc. as a Data Systems Manager. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Equifax Marketing Services as a Senior Product Manager and Director of Project Management. In 2010, Tom began working at Blackbaud as a Senior Enterprise Solutions Consultant and Project Manager. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Enterprise Software Implementation as a Project Manager. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at PC Bennett Solutions as a Business Consultant and Senior Business Consultant and Support Manager. Finally, from 2018 to 2022, Tom worked at DSD Business Systems as an Acumatica Practice Manager. Currently, they are working at Martin and Associates as an Acumatica Practice Manager, where they are responsible for growth and profitability of the existing Acumatica ERP product line, including required talent acquisition, sales management, pipeline management, discovery, demonstrations, offer and closure.

Tom Fahres holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Civil from the University of California, Davis, which they obtained between 1987 and 1993. Tom also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in November 2015. Additionally, they hold seven certifications from Acumatica, including JAMS for Acumatica – M200 and M210, Acumatica Certified Technical Specialist, Acumatica Certified Advanced Business Consultant, Acumatica Certified System Administrator, and Acumatica Certified Business Consultant, which they obtained between 2016 and 2017.
