Martin began their career in 2005 as the Director and Managing Director at Owen & Lyons Estate Agents, where they played a significant role in the company's success for over a decade. In 2018, they joined Martin & Co (UK) Ltd as their Sales Director.
Martin Orchard attended Barking Abbey Comprehensive from 1970 to 1976, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business and Real Estate.
