Joanne West

Joanne West has a diverse work experience in the field of sales and operational planning. Joanne started their career at McDonald's Corporation in 1995, where they held various roles, including Business Manager and Senior Demand Planner. In these roles, they were responsible for managing business decisions and processes, developing forecasting systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and sustainable forecasts. In 2009, they joined Martin Brower UK Ltd as a Demand and Supply Planning Manager, where they managed a team responsible for forecasting both finished and component demand for annual sales exceeding £2.3bn. Joanne later became the Head of Restaurant Supply and finally the Head of Sales and Operational Planning. In these roles, they contributed to the efficient supply chain management and ensured the smooth operation of restaurant supply.

Joanne West completed their A Levels in Maths and Stats, Business Studies, and Geography at Bolton Catholic Sixth Form College. Afterward, they attended Kingston University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a BSc Hons degree in Mathematics and Statistics.
