Neil joined Martin Brower UK and Ireland in 2007 and has held various roles including Category Supply Manager, Senior Supply Chain Manager, and currently, Head of Supply. In their roles at Martin Brower, Neil has managed key strategic supply initiatives, including the Olympic Games and McDonald's restaurant ordering best practice, and has also ensured supply continuity during challenging times such as COVID and Brexit.
Neil Brown attended Leventhorpe School from 1986 to 1992, where they obtained 3 A-Levels and 10 Higher Level GCSEs. Neil then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Bangor University from 1992 to 1995.
