Richard Johnson, PE, serves as a Project Engineer at Waggoner Engineering, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations and developing innovative drainage methodologies that secured over $100 million in funding. Previously, Richard held positions as an Engineering Designer at Woolpert, focusing on comprehensive site development projects, and as an Engineering Intern at Interflow Engineering, where utility and infrastructure designs were created.
