In 1996, they joined Martin Door Manufacturing again, this time as the National Sales Manager, a position they held until 2012. From 2009 to 2012, they also served as a Board Member at the International Door Association. In 2013, Shaun became a Sales Manager at Amarr, and in 2015, they were promoted to the role of VP Sales at Martin Garage Doors.
