Adam Hover

Adam Hover is a Senior Litigation Attorney at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP, where representation of injured clients throughout New York State is the primary focus. Prior to this role, Adam served as a Partner and an Attorney at Burke, Scolamiero & Hurd, LLP, specializing in Insurance Defense, Labor Law, and Municipal Law, with extensive experience in litigation processes across State and Federal Courts. Adam's legal career includes serving as Associate Counsel for the New York State School Boards Association, where guidance on Education Law was provided, as well as contributing to educational publications. Earlier expertise as an Assistant Claims Examiner at Medical Liability Mutual Insurance Company involved detailed claims analysis and trial preparation, and initial legislative experience was gained during a Senate internship for New York State Senator Byron W. Brown. Adam holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from the University at Albany.
