Aaron Hines, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Martin Marietta since August 2023. Hines previously held various HR Manager roles at The Mosaic Company from October 2018 to August 2023, overseeing HR functions for U.S. Mining Operations, as well as facilities in Bartow and South Pierce and the Supply Chain, Corporate EHS, and Procurement sectors. Prior experience includes HR Manager positions at Dobbs Equipment, LLC and Nortrax, focusing on employee relations, workforce planning, and management support for a substantial number of employees. Hines began a career in human resources at AHW LLC and has a background in coaching from Oakland University, where a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with a concentration in Human Resource Development and Communication was obtained, following an Associate degree from Parkland College.
