Christa Tourault

Christa Tourault, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Christa began their career in 1994 as the Director of Human Resources at Particle Measuring Systems and Anatel Corporation, where they implemented performance management programs and oversaw employee safety committees. From 2006 to 2007, they served as the Senior Human Resources Manager for North America at Sunrise Medical, where they directed HR business partners and managed a divestiture. At Weatherford, from 2009 to 2011, they worked as the Human Resources Manager for the US West Region, leading HR teams and implementing recruiting strategies. Christa then joined Calfrac Well Services in 2013 as the Director of Human Resources for the US Division, where they managed HR operations during a period of significant growth. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Casey Industrial, playing a key role in the company's acquisition and integration. Most recently, they worked at MasTec Industrial as the Vice President of Corporate Services, overseeing talent acquisition, HR, marketing strategy, and internal communication. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Safety at Martin Marietta. Throughout their career, Christa Tourault has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills, focusing on establishing consistency in policies, procedures, and employee benefits across organizations.

Christa Tourault, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Purdue University. Christa also has the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
