Jacob Thompson

Jacob Thompson has extensive experience in reliability and maintenance within the cement industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Reliability & Maintenance at Martin Marietta since February 2018, Jacob focuses on elevating the reliability and maintenance programs at the Hunter and Midlothian plants. Prior to this role, Jacob held various positions including Maintenance Manager, Quarry Manager, Plant Engineer, Reliability Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer in Training at Lehigh Hanson from July 2005 to February 2018. Jacob earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, where studies were conducted from 2002 to 2004.
