Steven Costello

Steven Costello has a diverse work experience ranging from senior management roles to independent consulting. Steven currently holds the position of VP of Strategic Finance, Planning & Analysis at Martin Marietta since 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Director of Strategic Finance and Senior Manager of Business Analytics in the same company. Before joining Martin Marietta, Steven worked as an independent consultant at SC Business Consulting in 2019. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Dutchland. Steven's early career includes a role as a Strategy and Analytics Supervisor at Caterpillar Inc. from 2012 to 2017, and as a Senior Financial Analyst at MidFirst Bank from 2008 to 2012. Steven also has experience as a General Manager at Fast Lanes Of America from 2004 to 2008, where they successfully managed a new facility while completing their undergraduate degree.

Steven Costello attended the University of Central Oklahoma from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification in 2014.
