Susan Couch

Susan Couch is an experienced professional currently serving as a Project Lead in Business Performance Improvement at Martin Marietta since June 2023. Co-Founder of Lionheart Imports, LLC since February 2015, Susan has played a key role in establishing a socially conscious import and e-commerce platform that highlights Sri Lankan artisans. Previous roles include Business Consultant at Kforce Inc. for Franklin Templeton Investments, where Susan directed the migration of the fixed income risk management system, and various leadership positions at Franklin Templeton Investments from October 1999 to January 2015, culminating in a role as Director of Data Management. Susan's education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Finance, and Spanish from James Madison University and a summer study abroad program at Universidad de Salamanca.
