Tj Volpe

TJ Volpe has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and engineering industry. TJ started their career at Caterpillar Inc. in 2007 as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they developed operating procedures and quality standards. TJ then progressed to the role of Senior Manufacturing Engineer before transitioning to the role of Manufacturing Strategy Engineer. In this role, they were accountable for manufacturable product design, process design, and the introduction of new products. In 2015, they became a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, responsible for leading the implementation of new products and focusing on Design for Manufacturing and process design. Volpe joined Martin Marietta in 2020 and has held roles including Sr Manager Procurement Systems and Reporting. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Performance Improvement.

TJ Volpe holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from DePaul University, which was obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned two Bachelor of Science degrees from Miami University in Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering Management, from 2002 to 2006.
