Todd Vause

Todd Vause has over 18 years of experience in the technology and consulting industry. Todd is currently serving as the Senior Director HRIS and Workday Program Manager at Martin Marietta. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Martin Marietta Materials, where they served as a Workday Program Manager. Todd has also worked at Collaborative Solutions, LLC as a Practice Director and Director in the Strategy & Transformation department. Todd has held various roles at Alight Solutions, including Senior Director, Workday Technology Architect and Director, Enterprise Architect. Todd has also worked at IBM as an Associate Partner and at Aon Hewitt as an Integration Practice Lead. Todd started their career at OmniPoint, an Aon Hewitt Company, and has also worked at Capgemini and Kanbay Consulting. Todd has a proven track record of leading successful Workday implementations and providing strategic guidance to clients.

Todd Vause received Workday Training in 2010. Todd then attended Florida State University but did not complete a degree. Later, they pursued a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Florida State University - College of Business. In addition to their education, Todd Vause also obtained various certifications, including Cognitive Practitioner, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, IBM Agile Explorer, Watson Analytics, Watson and Cloud Foundations, and Workday certifications.
