Gary Hill is a seasoned chemical engineer with extensive experience in refinery operations and management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Engineer at Martin Midstream Partners L.P. since September 2014, Gary focuses on lube refinery process troubleshooting and optimization. Prior roles include Area Business Manager at Delek US/Lion Oil Company, overseeing multiple refinery units, and Refinery Stills Superintendent at Ergon/Lion Oil Company, managing a team of Operations Supervisors for heavy sour crude refinery operations. With a solid foundation beginning as an engineer at Tosco/Lion Oil Company, Gary has developed a broad skill set across various refining processes over a career that spans several decades, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
