Kevin Pollok

Kevin Pollok has over 20 years of experience in the food industry. Kevin began their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Farm Fresh Catfish Company in 1996 and worked there until 2000. Kevin then moved on to Fishery Products International, where they held the position of Regional Sales Manager / Chain Account Manager from 2000 to 2005. Following that, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Barber Foods for six years, from 2005 to 2011. Kevin managed a nine-state area and focused on broker management and key end user account penetration. From 2011 to 2013, Kevin worked as a Key Account Manager at Slade Gorton, where they were responsible for managing a five-state area and maintaining relationships with 95+ distributor accounts. Kevin then transitioned to Hausman Foods in 2013, working as a Regional Sales Manager until 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Contract Managed & Multi-Unit Accounts at Martin Preferred Foods, a role they have been in since May 2017.

Kevin Pollok attended Tarleton State University from 1983 to 1985, where they studied Accounting and Business/Management. It is not specified whether they completed a degree or not during this period.
