Mary Woods

Mary Woods, PhD, currently serves as a Business Information and Computer Science Teacher at IPS Northwest Middle School and an Adjunct Professor at Martin University. Since January 2017, Mary has been a Professor at the University of Indianapolis. Prior experience includes Chief Operations Officer at Advanced Surgery of Indiana, overseeing human resources, performance reviews, and financial management from January 2016 to October 2018. Mary completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership and Organizational Change at Walden University, where a dissertation focused on collaborative methods in leadership development programs was presented. Additional roles include Visiting Professor at DeVry University, IT Business Technical Analyst at Stonegate Mortgage Corporation, and Sr Business Analyst at Conseco. Mary also served as a Finance Specialist in the United States Army National Guard from 2001 to 2009.
