Richard Francis

Richard Francis is currently a Senior Advisor at Martin Ventures. Richard has over 25 years of experience in the senior care industry. Richard was previously the President/CEO of OnPointe Management from March 2014 to June 2016. OnPointe is a development and operations company focused on imagining, building, and managing best in class senior care facilities and post-acute care services. Currently, OnPointe owns and operates a combination of hospital-based and free-standing transitional care, skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities, home health and hospice agencies, memory care neighborhoods, outpatient therapy clinics, and non-medical home care entities. Prior to OnPointe, Richard was with Heritage Management Services for 10 years where they helped grow the company from 6 to 60+ skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Richard Francis' educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
