Robert Swindle

Robert Swindle has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Robert began their career at Rockwell Automation as a Systems Analyst, where they designed and implemented manufacturing systems. Robert then moved on to Cameron, where they worked as a Systems Analyst, supervising teams responsible for data modeling and creating data dictionaries.

In 1977, Swindle joined Raytheon and held various positions, including Development Manager and Task Manager. Robert directed software development for the Federal Funded Education Loan (FFEL) contract and managed a staff of over 50 personnel. Robert also had overall responsibility for the system modernization and operation of the Guaranteed Student Loan (GSL) program.

During their time at EDS, an HP Company, Swindle served as an Account Manager and held various positions from Technical Director to Account Manager for multiple government agencies. Robert was responsible for the technical direction, delivery, and security of various government projects.

Swindle then joined Tangible Security and worked as the Director of Security Solutions, overseeing all activities for the Security Solutions business unit. Robert managed a team of 5 direct reports and 61 indirect reports, generating revenue of $18 million. Robert later served as the Senior VP Federal, responsible for Tangible's overall security vision, strategy, and delivery across all Federal security solutions.

Robert'smost recent role has been at MartinFederal Consulting, LLC, where they serve as a Senior Program Manager.

Throughout their career, Swindle has demonstrated expertise in program management, technical direction, personnel management, and business process improvement.

Robert Swindle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Science and Technology from Texas A&M University-Commerce during the period of 1971 to 1975. Following this, they pursued a Masters in BA at The University of Dallas from 1977 to 1979. Unfortunately, no specific field of study is available for their Masters degree.
