Rosa Santos

Rosa Santos is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the luxury hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Marketing Director for Martinhal Family Hotels & Resorts since November 2012, Rosa oversees the marketing strategies for multiple luxury resorts and hotels. Previous roles include PR and Communications Manager at United Lisbon International School and Marketing Director at Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel. Earlier career positions include Marketing Assistant Manager at Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel, Product Manager at Fiat Auto, Management Assistant at CTT, and Project Manager at Agesfal. Rosa holds a Master’s degree in Brand Management from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a BA in Marketing & Advertising from the University of the Arts London.
