Lance started their career in 2003 at the Western Culinary Institute, where they gained knowledge in hospitality and restaurant management. Lance then worked at various establishments, such as Jake's Famous Crawfish, Tondero, and Hall Street Grill, where they held managerial positions. In 2011, Lance became the general manager at The Holland, Inc. dba Burgervile, focusing on fresh, local, and sustainable food. Lance continued their career at Draft Doctor, LLC and Martinizing Dry Cleaning as the director of operations, overseeing the day-to-day operations. Lance's expertise and experience in the industry make him a valuable asset to any team.
From 2003 to 2005, Lance Hill attended Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon, where they obtained an AOS degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management.
