Anaid Vallejo

Anaid Vallejo is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various capacities. Currently serving as Recursos Humanos at Martinrea International since May 2025, Anaid previously held the position of Human Resources Supervisor at Graphic Packaging International, Inc. from June 2017 to February 2025. Prior to that, Anaid worked at ZF TRW in various roles, including Jefe de Capacitación, Certificación y Reclutamiento, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of certification processes for operational and specialized positions, as well as managing training and category change processes for operational staff. Earlier experience includes coordination of recruitment and selection at Metrocolor S.A., handling positions across all levels and focusing on improving workplace culture and performance metrics. Anaid holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Autonoma de Querétaro and previously attended Universidad del Valle de México.
