Ganesh Iyer

Ganesh Iyer has been working in the tech industry for over 20 years. Ganesh started their career as a plant manager at NORMA Group, where they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing operations and implementing significant continuous improvement activities. Ganesh was able to reduce the backlog by 90% and improve customer satisfaction by improving OTD by 27%.

In 2015, they joined Martinrea International as the Chief Technology Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's technology strategy and initiatives. Ganesh is also responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new technologies. Under their leadership, the company has been able to develop and launch new products and services that have helped improve the lives of their customers.

Ganesh Iyer completed their Masters in Management Systems and Engineering from West Virginia University and their B.E from Nagpur University.
