Glen Rawlings

Glen Rawlings is an experienced IT executive and operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as the Executive Director of IT and Global Director of Operational Excellence at Martinrea International since August 2015, Glen has previously held significant roles including Regional Manager of Manufacturing Engineering for Asia Pacific at Dana Corporation and Plant Manager/GM at Webasto Group. Early in the career, Glen also worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at American Axle & Manufacturing and held various engineering and supervisory positions at Ford Motor Company. Glen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Management from Central Michigan University.
