Leon Falkovich

Leon Falkovich has over two decades of experience in program management and engineering within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Program Manager at Martinrea International since November 1999. In this role, responsibilities include developing manufacturing processes, sourcing tooling and equipment, procuring components, and launching major programs in collaboration with domestic and Japanese OEMs. Previously, Leon held the position of Laboratory Manager at Speedstamp Manufacturing from October 1997 to September 1999, where procurement of laboratory equipment, development of testing procedures, and technician training were key duties. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Technologist at Cametoid Technologies, specializing in processes and testing for PVD coatings. Leon holds a Master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Mining & Metallurgy Institute in Magnitogorsk, Russia, obtained from 1973 to 1978.
