Cara Kesel

Cara Kesel has a solid work experience in the healthcare industry. Cara started their career as a Clinical Assistant, RN at InterMed, P.A. in 2014. Cara then joined Martin's Point Health Care in 2015 as a Family Medicine Nurse, where they performed patient assessments and collaborated with various healthcare professionals to improve quality outcomes and care navigation. Cara was promoted to the role of Clinical Nurse Supervisor in 2016, where they played a key role in establishing site goals, metrics, and performance management systems. In their most recent role as a Population Health Nurse, they coordinated a multidisciplinary team approach to care management, reduced readmission rates, and ensured the integrity of health information during the transitional period.

Cara Kesel holds a Bachelor's degree in Science with a major in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Southern Maine. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association in 2021.
