Dan McCormack

Dan McCormack has over 25 years of experience on both the insurance and delivery system sides of health care—including his 15 years as CEO of InterMed and as an executive at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. As Chief Operating Officer for their Delivery System, Dan leads their strategic efforts to drive growth, promote workforce development, improve patient experience, and enhance physician engagement.

Dan received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard College and his MBA from the University of Southern Maine and served as a US Air Force Medical Service Corps officer. He chairs the University of New England’s Board of Trustees and serves on the boards of Gorham Savings Bank and The Daniel Hanley Center for Health Leadership.
