Eric Johannesson, PMP, CPHIMS has over 30 years of project management experience. Eric currently works as a Senior Project Manager at Martin's Point Health Care, where they manage complex projects aligned with the organization's strategic portfolio. Previously, they served as the Manager of IT Program Management at Elliot Hospital, overseeing a team of project managers and implementing standardized project management methodologies. Eric has also held leadership roles such as President of PMI New Hampshire Chapter and Chair of the Management Engineering & Process Improvement Committee at HIMSS. Eric has a strong background in healthcare, having worked at organizations such as Hallmark Health Systems and Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, where they managed large-scale IT projects and improved operational processes. In their earlier career, Eric worked as a Project Manager at eFORCE, Inc., overseeing multimillion-dollar projects in the e-Business domain. Their expertise also includes managing projects in the alternative medicine and healthcare consulting sectors. Eric's diverse experience and leadership roles demonstrate their ability to successfully lead and deliver projects in complex and dynamic environments.

Eric Johannesson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire, graduating in 1990. Eric obtained the CPHIMS - Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems certification from HIMSS in April 2006. In June 2008, they achieved the PMP - Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. In March 2016, Johannesson received the Lean Six Sigma Healthcare Green Belt Certification from the Aveta Business Institute.
