Supervisor Talent Acquisition-interim at Martin's Point Health Care

Jordan Ouellette has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. From 2017 onwards, Ouellette worked at Martin's Point Health Care, starting as a Recruiting Assistant and then progressing to Associate Recruiter and Recruiter roles. In these roles, Ouellette was involved in full-cycle recruitment, collaborating with agencies for hiring contingent workers, and conducting training for talent acquisition teams and hiring managers. Ouellette also developed a compensation analysis tool in partnership with the compensation team. In 2021, Ouellette assumed the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on sourcing, recruiting, and partnering with hiring managers to hire top talent, particularly for director-level and above positions and student programs. Prior to joining Martin's Point Health Care, Ouellette worked as a Human Resources Intern at Saint Anselm College in 2017.

Jordan Ouellette holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University, which was obtained by the year 2022. Prior to this, Jordan completed a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Institut catholique de Paris, the completion year of which is unspecified. Additionally, Jordan also possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business and French from Saint Anselm College, with the completion year similarly unspecified.
