Meghan Felton, PharmD, BCACP, CPHQ, CHIE, is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in quality management and medication therapy. Currently serving as the Director of Health Plan Quality Management at Martin's Point Health Care, Meghan leads quality improvement programs for Medicare and USFHP health plans, focusing on compliance with CMS, DHA, and NCQA standards. Past roles include Director of the Center for Medication Therapy Management at Creighton University, where Meghan established a revenue-generating MTM call center, and Clinical Pharmacist at Martin's Point Health Care, developing medication therapy management programs. Additionally, academic experience includes positions as Assistant Professor at both the University of New England and the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, where Meghan developed curricula and mentored pharmacy residents.
