Sharoo Wengland M.ed., Pmhr

Sharoo Wengland, M.Ed., PMHR has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sharoo was employed by Martin's Point Health Care from 2016 onwards and held the role of Human Resources Program Specialist. Prior to this, they worked at the University of Southern Maine in various roles. From 2008 to 2014, they were a Staff Associate in the Office of the President, where they managed the President's meetings and events, supervised student workers, and handled correspondence. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as an Administrative Assistant II, performing complex scheduling and providing support for various university departments. Additionally, Sharoo held a volunteer position at Project Blessing from 2004 to 2008, serving as the Chair. In this role, they corresponded with donors and volunteers, increased the number of organizations and individuals being served, and implemented a tracking system to streamline processes.

Sharoo Wengland, M.Ed., PMHR obtained a Master of Science degree in Adult and Higher Education with a specialization in Spirituality & Mindfulness in Education from the University of Southern Maine from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Southern Maine, graduating Cum Laude from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Sharoo Wengland has obtained several certifications. These include "How to Set Goals When Everything Feels Like a Priority" and "Aaron Dignan on Transformational Change" from LinkedIn, obtained in July 2022 and June 2022 respectively. Sharoo also obtained the certification "Strategies to Foster Inclusive Language at Work" from LinkedIn in May 2022. In August 2021, they obtained certifications for "Hiring and Supporting Neurodiversity in the Workplace" and "Project Management Foundations" from LinkedIn. In March 2021, they obtained the certification "Building Relationships While Working from Home" from LinkedIn. Sharoo Wengland also holds the certification "Project Management in Human Resources" from SHRM, obtained in September 2018. In March 2014, they received the "Student Support Network, USM" certificate. Furthermore, they obtained a "Certificate in Professional Communication" from the University of Southern Maine in May 2013. Lastly, they obtained a certification as an Usui Reiki II Practitioner in 2011.
