Veronika Chylova

Veronika Chylova is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and sales management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Martinus since June 2021, Veronika leads the Slovak and Czech customer service teams, focusing on team performance and customer experience strategy. Additionally, Veronika heads the non-profit organization Okopeme, which established the community garden ZaKoZa in Zilina. Veronika's previous role at PPG Industries spanned a decade, culminating in the position of GFR Sales Manager for the Czech and Slovak markets, where responsibilities included business strategy implementation, supplier negotiations, and market analysis.
