Mark Brazeal

Mark Brazeal is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal affairs. Currently serving as a Board Member at Martis Camp Club & Community Association and as a Member of the Board of Trustees for The College Foundation of the University of Virginia, Mark brings significant expertise from a robust career at Broadcom Inc., where Mark held the positions of Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer and Chief Legal Officer. Previously, Mark was the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of Licensing at SanDisk Corporation and has contributed as a Board Member for the Semiconductor Industry Association. Mark holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in American Government with Distinction from the University of Virginia.
