Taizo Nishikawa

Taizo Nishikawa has a strong background in the specialty chemicals industry, with experience spanning over two decades. Taizo began their career in sales at Marubeni Specialty Chemicals Inc. in 2000 and eventually moved up to the role of Department Manager at Marubeni America Corporation in 2004. In 2006, they joined Marubeni Corporation as an Assistant General Manager, and later became the General Manager of Electronic Materials, overseeing the distribution of silicon-related products in the solar, energy storage, capacitor, semiconductor, and LED industries. In 2016, they returned to Marubeni America Corporation as the Director of Business Development and was later appointed Vice President & General Manager of the Specialty Chemicals Unit. Currently, Taizo serves as the Deputy General Manager at Marubeni Corporation, where they are responsible for leading and developing a team in the Specialty Chemicals field, as well as conducting management of multiple subsidiaries across Japan, North America, and Europe.

Taizo Nishikawa earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kobe University, where they studied from 1994 to 1997.
