Takashi Kageyama

Takashi KAGEYAMA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Senior Technical Officer at Marubeni Corporation since November 2013, specializing in technical evaluation. Prior to this role, KAGEYAMA held various positions at Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd., including General Manager of the Business Development Department for the Americas & Russia Project Division, focusing on the acquisition of shale oil assets, and Technical Team Lead for domestic oil and gas field coordination in Japan. KAGEYAMA also gained valuable experience as a Reservoir Engineer with ExxonMobil and as a Senior Reservoir Engineer at Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd., along with earlier roles at Pertamina and Petro-Canada. KAGEYAMA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Waseda University, completed in 1984.
